went out with genia today and many things happened. there's this china lady with two of her daughters at kfc. she started asking where to shop and the food in singapore. oh! china doesn't have cheesefries do you know that? hah! i know you don't.

first case:
these are all translated to english
lady: gu niang (lady), do you know which generation are you?
genia: huh, never count leh. i think alot.
me: huh?! *laughs*
genia was doing most of the talking because i was busy with my zinger meal.
lady: do you know any other place to do shopping? like other attractions?
genia: little india.
i was thinking why didn't she say chinatown.
lady: it's not near here right? because we still have an hour or so to do shopping.
genia: yeah it isn't *smiles*.
lady: when's your national day? *busy asking her daughters to eat*
me: 1st august.
genia: 9th august!
lady: ohh, got holidays uh.

finally they left and we both started laughing like mad!
genia: haiyo! what 1st august?!
me: i forgot i said my sis's birthday instead!
genia: oh i should have said chinatown instead of little india. ZONGGOUJIE = CHINATOWN.
me: what ZONGGUOJIE?! it's NUICHESHUI LA! wonder how you get a distinction for your chinese. lucky thing li laoshi not here if not she will faint.
we started bursting out into laughters.

second case:
we were in this shop browsing for clothes. then out of nowhere...
guy: how many jian? *waving a shirt to a woman*
me: *started laughing like mad again*
genia: *looked at me and laughed*
me: why must the man make his life so difficult? you see, how many jian is 4 syllables. why not say ji jian?(all in chinese and it's 2 syllables only).
genia: hahaha! hahahaha! hahahaha! *non-stop*

third case:
we were in fourskin shop looking for t-shirts. suddenly, we heard a really loud pig sound. like someone laughed really hard.
me: what's that sound? *laughs*
genia: i think that girl. *looks in her direction*
me: what a pig year.

so sorry if you still don't get what im trying to say. all you have to know that it's damn funny. okay, i stink like some shitass now. i needa shower so ciao!
